Set-up of several laser welding stations, for the time being still manually guided. Automation with robots planned for 2024.

Ordering of a fully automatic powder plant with ENCORE HD spraying system and two IRB paint robots from ABB.
HDLV pumps are used for constant powder output, thus achieving maximum process control during coating. The part contours are captured by a 3D scan, allowing precise positioning of the spray system for maximum application efficiency and uniform coating.
